Hi Ray, Just thought I'd give you some feedback on my progress over the last 8 weeks or so. I have gone from just under 100kg's to just under 89kg's, do not smoke a single sigarette anymore and have completely changed my habits to a point I don't drink any alcohol at all. I feel like a different person and suddenly have a serious wardrobe problem, I have no clothes that fit me anymore, the pants I used to wear now look like bags hanging off me. I still have a way to go as I still have some fat to burn but the path is so much easier as I have new and healthy habits so it's a case of just doing what I'm doing.
